Before you write to us
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your Paddle billing portal via the link in any payment receipt email.
Cancel there before your next renewal date; access continues until the period ends.
My quota reset date seems wrong.
Quotas reset on a rolling 30-day cycle from the date you first used the Service.
The exact reset timestamp is shown on your Dashboard. If it looks incorrect,
contact support.
Can I get a refund?
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you have a specific
circumstance, email support and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email legal@cvforge.cc from your registered address with the subject
"Account deletion request". We will process it within 5 business days.
The generated CV has inaccuracies.
AI output should always be reviewed before use. You can regenerate with more
detailed input, or edit the Markdown output directly after copying it.
I can't sign in with Google / GitHub.
Make sure third-party cookies are not blocked in your browser, and that you're
using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If the issue persists,
contact support with your browser version.
